How do I upgrade my license key to Portraiture 4?

To upgrade your existing license key to Portraiture 4 you can choose from the following options:

1: Online Upgrade

1. Find your Portraiture 3 license key or Product ID (see below for instructions).
2. Find Portraiture in the Imagenomic website's Purchase page. Click the Upgrade button.
3. Enter your existing Portraiture 3 license key or Product ID, click Submit and proceed to checkout to complete the purchase. 

Note: Portraiture license keys for Photoshop and Lightroom are upgraded separately.

4. Once the purchase is finalized, your existing Portraiture license key will be upgraded to Portraiture 4.

• To locate your Product ID in Photoshop:

1. Open Photoshop and an image.
2. Go to Filter > Imagenomic > Portraiture.
3. Click the "About" window located top right under “i” icon.
4. Your Product ID (in XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format) will be displayed.

2: In-Plugin Upgrade

1. Download and install the Portraiture 4 plugin, if not already installed.
2. Open an image, launch the desired plugin in Photoshop by going to Filter > Imagenomic > Portraiture or right-click on an opened image and select Edit In > Imagenomic Portraiture in Lightroom.

3. After accepting the End User License Agreement, the About window will open automatically. You can also access it manually by selecting the “i” icon in the top-right corner. 

4. In the About window, click the Activate button to open the activation page.

5. Enter your email address and License Key in the required fields, agree to the Imagenomic terms by checking the box and then click Activate.

6.  After the activation attempt, an Upgrade message should appear.

7. Click Upgrade to open the web store. Purchase the upgrade.

8. Once the purchase is finalized, your existing Portraiture license key will be upgraded to Portraiture 4.
9. Return to the plugin and continue using it.
