To retrieve your license key(s), you can choose one of the steps given below.
a) Use your purchase email to retrieve your key code through our website:

b) If you are unable to retrieve the key for some reason, please let us know and our Sales team will retrieve your license key codes from our archives. Please provide as much information as possible:
1. Under what name was the purchase made?
2. Please list all the email addresses you may have used for purchasing.
3. What was your phone number at the time of your purchase?
4. What was your billing address at the time of your purchase?
5. The date or the approximate time frame (year/month) of your purchase.
Important Notice: Licensing System Transition
As of November 2024, we have transitioned to a new licensing system. While new license keys are no longer issued, all existing keys remain valid.
If your purchase was made after October 2024, you must use the passkey issued upon your purchase by Imagenomic for product activation. You do not need to search for a traditional license key—only the passkey is required.
